During our Summer Event, we held the first edition of the BUCKINGHAM Awards, created to recognize the agents who have stood out the most in the pillars that best represent our values: performance, loyalty, and progress.
On this occasion, we had the pleasure of presenting Manuel with the Top Performer award, in recognition of his excellent results and his ability to maintain a consistent performance at the highest level.
Numbers are not everything, but they are a great indicator of the work, discipline, and determination behind every result. Manuel has shown that when talent is combined with effort, ambition, and perseverance, excellence ultimately reflects in the results.
Congratulations, Manuel! A thoroughly well-deserved recognition. 🥂
